Dear Israel:

Jane and I want to thank you for your detailed and professional manner in which you brought our Kitchen out of the VERY awkward situation due to the careless design we originally got from Home Depot.  We just got a baby at that time and we did not have a Kitchen to use for quite a while because the design and installation plan from Home Depot, and finished our Kitchen with a splendid look.  We regret that we did not find you before we start our Kitchen renovation, but we surely know whom to recommend if anyone asks us about house remodeling expert.

We started to discuss our Kitchen renovation with Home Depot this July and pay for the whole package on August 3rd.  At the very beginning their installer can’t install the cabinets immediately after the cabinet arrived.  After the cabinet was installed, we felt somehow something does not seem right.  When it is time to put up the granite countertop, Home Depot want more seams for the sake of transportation safety, which we finally found unbearable and then we found you.  I remember the first day you walked into our unfinished Kitchen and told us that there were so many things done incorrectly, including the plumbing, electrical outlets, details on the cabinet design, incorrect molding design, etc.
       
You insisted on correcting all the mistakes before putting up the granite, which is of course the correct way to go.  With your organized help, we have all the problems fixed one by one.  You always make sure everything was in correct order before starting a job; you also make sure every single job is finished flawlessly.  Your works are precise, but yet stylish.  Once again, we like to thank you for your help.

We are so happy with our Kitchen and the way everything turned out.  We had been warned by friends who had renovated that it could be a nightmare- but that was not our experience.

The 2 weeks that it took to both pull up our existing tile, fill in the dropped Living Room was worth any inconvenience.  The results are beautiful.  Our home looks larger and more elegant than ever before.

And, then the Kitchen.  What a transformation from the white Formica cabinets and counters- to a truly exquisite design.

You, Zahava and Kay, orchestrated everything beautifully.  Even though my husband, Ron and I had our lists of checks and double checks- you were right.  You said “wait for everything to be finished, and than ask me”.  Your eye for detail, design, and promptness was appreciated.  You said “six weeks” and it was six weeks.

Your workers came on time, did their job, and cleaned up.
